Our company is seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Washington. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating lathes and other machines to shape metal parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of metalworking processes and possess excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine the sequence of operations
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machine tools to shape metal parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and repair machinery as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
