Part-Time Industrial Architect



We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. Our company, located in the vibrant city of Gujrat, is dedicated to designing and creating innovative industrial spaces that meet our clients' needs.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and developing creative solutions that align with their vision. You will utilize your strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations to produce detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Monitor construction progress and provide on-site support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods for industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. While we do not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship at this time, we offer a flexible work schedule that allows for work-life balance. This is an urgent position as we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
