Senior Architect


We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Remish. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of architectural projects, from conceptual design and development to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans, designs, and drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information on existing conditions and provide recommendations for design improvements
- Prepare detailed project proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Review project deliverables to ensure quality control and accuracy before client submission
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and scope changes to ensure successful project completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect with proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, construction techniques and practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month along with health insurance benefits. This position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is required.
