Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience with industrial design and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience with industrial design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Los Angeles (remote work not available)
