Chef (Indian Cuisine)

We are a well-established restaurant located in Al Buraymi and we are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious, authentic Indian dishes that will delight our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Indian cuisine and be able to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare authentic Indian dishes according to our menu
- Ensure all food is consistently cooked and presented according to restaurant standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, budgeting, and cost control

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to create unique and flavorful dishes while maintaining consistency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month
