Information Security Analyst - Sheduva, India


We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Sheduva, India. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in information security and possess strong technical skills. This role does not require English proficiency and does not include accommodation. We will provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer networks for security breaches and investigate any potential threats or incidents
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data, systems, and networks
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and update security policies and procedures based on industry best practices
- Train employees on security protocols and provide ongoing education on information security awareness
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner, including containment, investigation, and remediation
- Stay up-to-date on emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information security roles
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
