Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Riyadh. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and revenue management to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Riyadh or the Middle East region
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship will be available for suitable candidates.
