Architectural Designer (Indian Nationals, English Speaking)

We are urgently hiring an Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1100 per month (contract position)

Location: Las Vegas (must be eligible to work in the United States)
