Senior Architectural Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for various projects, from concept development to construction. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet all project requirements. You must have at least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that align with their vision
- Lead the design process from initial concept development to construction
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee junior designers and provide guidance and feedback on their work
- Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and designs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
