Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, including topographical features and boundaries. You will also be responsible for providing data and analysis for construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Collecting and analyzing data on land features, boundaries, and elevations
- Preparing detailed maps, reports, and drawings based on survey findings
- Providing accurate measurements and calculations for construction projects
- Communicating with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accurate survey data is used in project planning
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintaining equipment in good working condition
- Managing survey crew members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Experience using GPS, total stations, laser levels, and other surveying tools
- Excellent math skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to read maps and interpret data accurately
- Familiarity with CAD software is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members of different backgrounds

Salary: The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

City: This job is located in Malindi City in Pakistan.

Nationality: This job is open to all nationalities but preference may be given to Pakistani candidates.

Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate if needed.

Suitable For: This job is suitable for skilled individuals who have at least 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor and possess strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques. It is a physically demanding job that may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
