Job Title: Part-time Teamlead in Lahore, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Teamlead to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Oversee project timelines and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement changes as needed
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role required
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Preference:
We prefer candidates who have experience working as a Teamlead in Lahore. However, we welcome candidates from all levels who have the required skills and qualifications.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. The candidate must be able to work from our office location without accommodation.
