We are hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our fast-paced organization in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the given timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, including training, mentoring, and providing regular performance feedback
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in the IT industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving project goals
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana is preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
