As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes to lift, move, and place materials at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment before use
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with basic maintenance practices for heavy equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
