We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Ensure proper use of equipment to prevent damage or accidents
- Communicate with team members and report any issues or concerns
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of heavy machinery and their functions
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for long hours of standing, walking, and operating equipment
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites or similar environments
- Familiarity with basic mechanics for troubleshooting minor issues

We offer competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month, as well as visa sponsorship for non-European candidates. This is a contract job without accommodation provided.
