Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in the construction of various projects in the city of Sofia. The ideal candidate will have experience as a mason and strong leadership skills to effectively manage and guide our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of masons in the construction process
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to project managers
- Train and mentor new masons on techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors on project plans
- Maintain inventory of necessary materials and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a mason, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a mason in Sofia or similar European cities
- Knowledge of Bulgarian or Nepali language
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Experience working with various types of construction materials such as brick, stone, concrete, etc.
