We are hiring a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva, Philippines. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. No English proficiency is required for this job, making it suitable for Filipinos. The role does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed plans and drawings
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create models and drawings
- Conduct site visits and gather information for project proposals
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
