Job Title: Online Consultant in Funchal


We are a growing online consulting firm based in Funchal and we are currently seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to effectively advise clients
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and business growth
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of time and resources

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role in the consulting industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of consultations
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms such as chat, email, video conferencing, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Funchal, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities who are willing to relocate. Remote work options may also be considered for highly qualified candidates.
