Online Consultant
The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients through online channels. This includes responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to the company's products or services. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical problems. This is a full-time position based in Funchal, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-EU nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various online channels, such as email, chat, or social media
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the company's products or services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues or escalations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not an EU national
