Experienced Facade Specialist


We are hiring an experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the facades of buildings. This is a full-time position and requires at least 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade solutions that meet client requirements and building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Oversee the installation and construction process, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to facade construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques related to facades
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
