Online Consultant - Contract Position (Clairvaux, Nepal)


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing remote support and assistance to clients using our company's online platform. This is a contract position based in Clairvaux, Nepal with a salary of 1500$. We are looking for Nepali candidates who do not require English language skills and have no prior work experience.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to address client queries and concerns through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by understanding the client's needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, assisting with account setup, processing payments and refunds, and resolving any other client inquiries. You must have a biometric passport and be willing to work with clients in different time zones.

The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. You must also have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using various online platforms. Previous experience in customer service or technical support would be an added advantage.

This is a contract position that offers accommodation for out-of-town candidates. You will also receive training to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills for the job.
