As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various development projects in different countries, with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions that promote economic growth and social progress. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and ensure project goals are met within budget and timelines
- Develop project proposals and budgets, and coordinate with donors and partners
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform project design and strategy
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions
- Foster effective communication among project stakeholders including team members, partners, donors, and beneficiaries
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Development or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing international development projects
- Proven track record of successfully implementing projects in developing countries
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
- Indian nationality preferred
