Concierge Assistant


As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at a luxury hotel in Los Angeles. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations for dining and entertainment, arranging transportation, and handling guest requests. You will also be required to maintain knowledge of local attractions and events in order to provide personalized recommendations to guests. This is a temporary position suitable for someone without previous experience in the hospitality industry. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and other services
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their interests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local attractions and events is a plus
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1000 per month.
