Experienced Barista - Eldoret, Kenya

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked and displayed
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English is necessary
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Kenya

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
