Job Title: Body Repair Master


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Malindi. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, using various tools and techniques. Your main goal will be to ensure that all vehicles leaving our repair shop are safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Disassemble damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Straighten bent frames using hydraulic equipment
- Weld, rivet, or solder pieces together to repair damaged areas
- Use specialized tools and techniques to restore paint finish on repaired areas
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs to ensure they meet safety standards
- Keep track of time spent on repairs and accurately record materials used
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Train and supervise junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and principles
- Strong understanding of different types of materials used in vehicle construction
- Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Malindi
