Logistics Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of logistics operations including transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Plan and schedule shipments based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels to identify potential shortages or excesses and take appropriate action.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as customs officials and transportation companies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to import/export processes.
- Prepare shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Track shipments in real-time using tracking systems to provide updates to customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills will be an added advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures in the UAE is preferred.
- Proficiency in using logistics software for tracking shipments.

Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Abu Dhabi
