Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Dickirch. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes developing plans and specifications, collaborating with clients and engineers, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts for industrial buildings based on client needs and project requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other applicable standards
- Review plans for environmental impact and make recommendations for sustainable design practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, technologies, and building methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Dickirch (Open to all nationalities)
