We are seeking a skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Dickirch. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure feasibility
- Oversee the construction process and provide guidance to contractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in construction technology
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with a team
and communicate complex ideas to clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1200$ per month
