We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at a leading fashion retailer in Chelyabinsk. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and inventory of our store, ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper merchandising standards are being maintained
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortments and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure timely replenishment of products to maintain optimal stock levels
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase the latest trends and promotions
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for pricing, promotions, and product offerings
- Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel for data analysis
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills desirable but not required)
- Valid biometric passport for travel purposes (for foreign candidates)
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
