Civil Engineer - Construction Supervisor (Indian Nationals Only)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Supervisor. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in Shan, a vibrant city known for its cultural diversity and economic growth. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Review project plans, schedules, and budget estimates to identify any potential issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Willingness to work on-site without accommodation.
