Entry-level Computer Support Specialist

As an entry-level Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to computer system users. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network and system security. You will also be required to document all support tickets and solutions in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
