We are a high-end pastry shop in Gujrat, India seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of pastries and desserts. You will also be expected to manage inventory, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, and lead a team of pastry assistants.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and other desserts
- Develop new recipes and techniques to keep up with current trends
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise pastry assistants
- Ensure timely production of pastries for display and special orders
- Collaborate with the head chef to plan menus for special events or holidays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise others
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:
Certificate or degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month based on experience.
