- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare traditional Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to high-quality standards
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory of ingredients, ordering supplies when needed
