We are a growing company in Herzliya and we are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring its security and optimizing its performance.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and stored securely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new network projects
- Document network processes, procedures and configurations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Proven knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs etc.
- Experience with Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

City Preference:
We prefer candidates who are located in or willing to relocate to Herzliya for this position.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of Malayalam or Nepali is considered an asset but not mandatory.
