We are looking for a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Utena. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces. Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms and scaffolding for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels or power screeds
- Apply sealants or waterproofing agents to protect finished surfaces
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools such as trowels, power screeds, and edgers
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills on the job
- Good communication skills in English
