Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and qualified Architecture Manager to join our team in Braga. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of architectural projects including design, planning, construction, and project closeout
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
- Review project plans and designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or concerns
- Prepare project reports for clients and senior management
- Mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or other design software
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
