Head Baker


Our bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Doha. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including creating and producing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Create and produce a variety of high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other specialty items
- Develop new recipes and maintain existing ones to ensure consistent quality
- Train and supervise staff on baking techniques, food safety standards, and customer service
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure all products meet our standards
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bakery
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and address any feedback or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments within the bakery to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional baker in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and food safety standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa or be eligible for employment in Qatar
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
