IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in the Gujrat region. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for both desktop and mobile devices. Your duties may also include setting up new equipment, installing and updating software, and backing up data. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. As an IT Support Specialist, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively assist clients with technical issues. This is a part-time position that requires you to work flexible hours depending on the needs of our clients. As such, time management skills are essential for this role.
