Project Manager (Women's Empowerment Programs)
As a Project Manager for our women's empowerment programs in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of program development and implementation. This includes conducting needs assessments, creating project plans and timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to promote the participation of women in our programs. Additionally, you will oversee a team of program coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure their success in delivering high-quality programs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a passion for women's empowerment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector, and a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, but a Master's degree is preferred. Fluency in English is also required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers a salary of $900 per month.
