Handyman

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled and versatile Handyman, with a strong background in maintenance and repairs. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our company's properties in Porto, ensuring that they are kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing damaged items
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to any urgent maintenance calls
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while performing maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and tenants
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks
- Valid work visa or EU citizenship preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
