Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Utena, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, as well as managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final completion
- Develop detailed designs and construction plans in accordance with client requirements and regulations
- Coordinate with project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
