We are excited to offer the opportunity for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's computer network systems. This includes troubleshooting network issues, managing security protocols, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement computer networks based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Manage security protocols to maintain data integrity and prevent cyber attacks
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
- Install and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Maintain backup systems to ensure data recovery in case of system failures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades or changes
- Provide technical support to end-users on network-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), hardware (routers, switches), and security protocols (firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles. However, remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
