Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Gujrat, India. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans based on client's requirements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
