Senior JAVA Developer



As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software applications using JAVA programming language. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and develop high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions using JAVA programming language
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Test and debug code to ensure high quality and functionality
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Mentor junior developers in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficiency in JAVA programming language and related frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Experience with database design and SQL queries
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Docker
- Fluency in Portuguese or willingness to learn

Salary: Competitive salary of 1100$ per month. Additional benefits include accommodation support, visa sponsorship, health insurance, and paid time off.

Location: This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
