Office Manager for Indian-owned Company in Siauliai
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our Indian-owned company in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors to the office
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working with Indian companies or cultures is a plus
Salary: $1500 per month
Working hours: Part-time
