Clinical Dietitian - Isa Town, Bahrain



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our growing healthcare team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, creating personalized meal plans, and providing education and counseling on healthy eating habits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans for patients based on their medical history, dietary restrictions, and treatment goals.
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients on topics such as weight management, food allergies, chronic diseases, and other health concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidential medical records.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian in a healthcare setting.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or eligibility to become registered within 6 months of employment.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and ability to apply it in various clinical settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex nutritional information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
