Forum Moderator



As a Forum Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our users. You will monitor forums and discussion boards, responding to user inquiries, enforcing community guidelines, and moderating discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor forums and discussion boards to ensure content is appropriate and follows community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Moderate discussions to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
- Identify and report any potential issues or violations of community guidelines
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop new policies or initiatives to improve the forum experience
- Act as a liaison between users and company, relaying feedback and suggestions for improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of internet culture and forum etiquette
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
$900 per month

Location:
Izhevsk, Russia

Note: This job is open to candidates of all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Izhevsk.
