We are seeking a skilled Indian Moderator to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and facilitating online discussions and forums. Your main duties will include reviewing user-generated content, ensuring it complies with our community guidelines, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience moderating online communities and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is not required, but basic understanding is preferred. The ability to speak Hindi or another Indian language would be a plus.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review user-generated content for inappropriate or offensive material
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise among community members
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for promoting positive engagement within the community
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Basic understanding of English (fluency preferred)
- Knowledge of Hindi or another Indian language is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
