We are in search of a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Utena. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and securing our company's databases. Your role will involve working closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation and performance of our databases. This position is open to both Indian nationals and foreigners with excellent English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement backup and recovery plans
- Manage database security by setting up user accounts, permissions, and roles
- Work with development teams to design and optimize databases for specific applications
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with database design, performance tuning, backup and recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
