Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Akron, OH, USA


We are currently seeking a seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Handle payment transactions accurately
- Assist in setting up tables and performing other opening/closing - [2394] duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary:
$1400/month plus tips.

This is a seasonal job from May to September.
