Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Mauren. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. You will also work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate the models into production systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics and statistics, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models based on business requirements
- Design experiments to test the performance of different models
- Optimize existing machine learning models for scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and clean large datasets
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Conduct regular evaluations of model performance and make improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methods
- Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: This is an English-speaking job located in Mauren. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for Switzerland.
